Now, Lead Others - Cillín Hearns
Now, Lead Others by Cillín Hearns was our September #CoLabBookClub pick. Hot off the press, the book follows on from Cillín’s earlier book #FirstLeadYourself. The Great Post Office Scandal - Nick Wallis
April’s CoLabBookClub was an emotional whirlwind. You've likely heard of "The Great Post Office Scandal" and if not, you soon will. Unfortunately the book/series/documentary is not fiction - it's painfully real.
Making Work Visible - Dominica DeGrandis
We had another great #CoLabBookClub this month discussing Dominica DeGrandis's "Making Work Visible". As advocates of Kanban, we believe it is a great resource for helping teams better visualise work, identify bottlenecks, and implement supporting techniques provided to resolve and support teams to be high performing.
